Remote Senior DFT Engineer in Austin

Job Summary

An engineering solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior DFT Engineer in Austin.

Must be able to:

• Implement test strategy for complex mixed-signal circuit designs and digital designs
• Implement all the DFT modes of a design
• Convert test vectors to ATE

Required Skills:

• BSEE with 7+ years of DFT experience
• Experience with DFT tools from Synopsys, Tessent, and Cadence
• Experience implementing MBIST, JTAG (1149.6 and IEEE1687)
• Experience in silicon debug and bring-up on ATE
• Good understanding of RTL design, Verilog and SystemVerilog
• Experience with test compression
