Job Summary

An engineering solutions company is in need of a Remote Senior DFT Engineer in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing test strategy for complex mixed-signal circuit designs and digital designs
• Performing various types of Design for Test (DFT) tasks
• Verifying the DFT functional correctness of the design

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• BSEE with 7+ years of DFT experience
• Experience with DFT tools from Synopsys, Tessent, and Cadence
• Experience implementing MBIST, JTAG (1149.6 and IEEE1687)
• Experience in silicon debug and bring-up on ATE
• Good understanding of RTL design, Verilog and SystemVerilog
• Experience with test compression
