Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Digital Adoption Platform Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building onboarding and help guides/walk-thrus using DAP
  • Assisting in product release notes and launch materials, and demo with marketing and pre-sales teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience using software like Pendo for software product analysis
  • Experience with data-driven analysis and user testing is a plus
  • 3+ years experience building Walkme or Pendo guides
