Job Summary

A full-service bank and national mortgage originator has an open position for a Remote Senior Digital Banking IT Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team of Information Technology professionals that are responsible for development, implementation & operations
• Providing guidance & leadership to the team as they lead multiple projects & provide service to internal business customers
• Communicating with various Information Technology teams & business unit management

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field plus 10 years of experience is preferred
• OR 15 years of comparable work experience
• 10 years of managing application development or maintenance programs
• 5 years directly managing Information Technology professionals
• Prior technical experience as a software developer, business analyst, and/or project manager
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technology and business process
