Job Summary

A human resources and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Digital Designer.

Must be able to:

  • Assume the role of lead designer on digital marketing campaigns and website experiences
  • Own the design lifecycle of each assigned project from ideation to execution to documentation and asset management
  • Assess, strategize and recommend the optimal formats and features for each assigned project

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of responsive web design standards
  • HTML and CSS proficiency is required
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends in digital marketing
  • A solid understanding of design principles including grid systems, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to visually communicate complex, technical concepts to a broad and diverse audience
  • Impeccable communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with others
