Job Summary
A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Digital Solutions Lead Solutions Architecture Manager in Atlanta in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Partner with customers and prospects to understand their use cases and prototype solutions
- Integrate our Digital products with other offerings and external tools through hands-on configuration and coding
- Lead cross-functional efforts to develop, QA, and package formalized offerings
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with extensive knowledge of enterprise software technologies (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.)
- Extensive experience with digital apps in Analytics, Personalization & Notification space
- Proficient with common web technologies, including JavaScript, XML, HTML & CSS & integration technologies & protocols
- Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, etc.)
- Passion for helping clients; empathy for their challenges, ability to build relationships & effectively communicate with stakeholders
