Job Summary

A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Digital Solutions Lead Solutions Architecture Manager in Tysons Corner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with customers and prospects to understand their use cases and prototype solutions
  • Integrating Medallia Digital products with other Medallia offerings and external tools through hands-on configuration and coding
  • Leading cross-functional efforts to develop, QA, and package formalized offerings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with extensive knowledge of enterprise software technologies (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with digital apps in the Analytics, Personalization & Notification space
  • Proficient with common web technologies, including JavaScript, XML, HTML & CSS & integration technologies & protocols
  • Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, etc.)
  • Passion for helping clients; empathy for their challenges, ability to build relationships & effectively communicate with stakeholders
