Job Summary
A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Direct Endorsement Mortgage Government Underwriter in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Examining overall loan documentation to ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring that each loan meets secondary market, investor and company standards
- Staying up to date with any changes in loan underwriting and industry guidelines including TRID
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- DE/LAPP required
- Ability to assure compliance with the Company policies and procedures
- Ability to examine overall loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
