Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Director Business Development.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a long term strategy to build out the Business Development function
  • Partnering with regional sales leaders to prioritize these partnerships and activate sales
  • Influencing partner marketing investments in support of Business Development and GTM Sales plan

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
  • 15+ years experience in Enterprise Software Business Development/Sales
  • University/MBA education on Computer Science, Commerce or Engineering
  • Ability to lead in a highly matrix organization
  • Strategic thinker, who is also execution oriented
  • Experience leading business transformation and working with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and other C-level executives
