Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Director Business Intelligence in Saint Paul.

Must be able to:

  • Champion data-driven solutions adding measurable value to the business
  • Utilize best practices to establish what business intelligence and data usage should look like for the company now and in the future
  • Integrate third-party and own data into Tableau to build actionable dashboards for the Growth Marketing team

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years in an analytical role, preferably experience in ecommerce business intelligence
  • Experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau, Domo or similar tools
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL, R and Python
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in how to approach data problems and solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, distributed work environment based on Central Time
