Job Summary

A technology business school is filling a position for a Remote Senior Director of Admissions.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage through data to ensure volume and sales objectives are attained throughout the team
• Provide clear vision and honest communication to team and stakeholders
• Harness data from relevant tools and reports to direct, coach, and motivate direct reports

Qualifications Include:

• Have experience driving sales strategy as well as managing a team of sales reps
• Have experience scaling organization (Product or E-Learning sector is a perk)
• Confident using tools like CRM (Salesforce), Sales Enablement (SalesLoft)
• Able to balance being both an independent, proactive problem solver as well as a capable collaborator
