Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Director Portfolio Management.
Must be able to:
- Drive the adoption of key portfolio management disciplines and tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, Agile/scrum
- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project management organization
- Develop the portfolio management practices and drive adoption for the business to manage the priorities set within the portfolio
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in leading or building Program Management Office
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Program, and Project management
- Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of the Portfolio management practice
- Previous experience in managing a complex, large portfolio of projects
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and a solid understanding of project management practices, techniques, and best practices
