Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Distributed Systems Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Build the next generation of peer-to-peer software
- Contribute to steering and maintenance of implementations
- Create or maintain software libraries and programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience
- Significant experience building applications using Go, Rust, JavaScript, or related languages
- A solid understanding of distributed systems principles and applications
- A strong technical design ability informed by broad experience
- Experience designing and building distributed and/or p2p software systems and applications
- Leadership experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production
