Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building candidate pipelines for both unique and evergreen roles
• Developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies
• Conducting initial phone screen for candidates and advocate on their behalf

Position Requirements Include:

• Proven corporate recruiting experience
• A strong track record for sourcing and attracting top BIPOC talent
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS
