Job Summary
An eCommerce company in the cannabis industry is seeking a Remote Senior eCommerce Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and Implementing new solutions using best practices
- Managing relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support
- Creating and presenting functional and technical design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as Business Analyst working with Salesforce.com, NetSuite and integration tools
- 3-5 years preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and detailed gap analysis
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
