Job Summary
An online education company is seeking a Remote Senior Education Design Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the central point of contact, within design programs
- Advocating for the end user
- Measuring improvements to our operational model and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years in design project or program management within a product design/UX org
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple programs within a portfolio
- Experience with creating new and improving existing processes
- Ardent advocate for end users and their needs
