Job Summary
An online education services provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Education Solutions Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning continual improvement of our GTM platforms
- Serving as primary helpdesk support and primary contact for triaging Salesforce and tool issues
- Leading cross-functional technical projects with the Finance, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in Systems Implementation/Management
- Proven experience managing sales and marketing systems implementation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills at C-suite level
- Understanding of lead-to-opportunity and price-to-bill processes at a SaaS company
- Experience with CPQ platforms
- Experience with Marketing Automation and Salesforce and the flow of data between them
