Job Summary

An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Education Technology Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinates all assigned contract renewals
  • Project manages a portfolio of accounts in order to achieve long-term success
  • Leads discussions around forecasting and customer health with internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienced
  • 3-5 years’ prior experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales in a software company
  • 2-4 years’ prior experience in direct client support role
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive a phone conversation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
  • Prior Salesforce, CRM, and Gainsight experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
