Job Summary

An educational technology and software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Education Technology Product Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to inform product strategy and design
• Analyzing and synthesizing research findings and share insights with stakeholders across the organization
• Designing and executing user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and field studies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• BA/BS in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product research, preferably in a technology or consumer-focused company
• Strong experience with a variety of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and field studies
• Experience leading research studies and projects, managing research teams and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
