Job Summary

An educational technology and software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Education Technology Product Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to inform product strategy and design
Analyzing and synthesizing research findings and share insights with stakeholders across the organization
Designing and executing user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and field studies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

BA/BS in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product research, preferably in a technology or consumer-focused company
Strong experience with a variety of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and field studies
Experience leading research studies and projects, managing research teams and working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
