Job Summary
An education benefits provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Educational Benefit Legal Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with internal and external clients on contract status
- Fostering strong working relationships with internal business clients
- Assisting in our legal department’s continued growth as the company expands
Required Skills:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Colorado or another state
- 10+ years of experience in complex, strategic commercial negotiations and contracting
- Experience leading a legal counsel teammate in a managerial capacity
- Ability to simultaneously manage numerous negotiations and projects
- Working knowledge of commercial and education contracting considerations and regulatory landscape
