Job Summary

An education benefits provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Educational Benefit Legal Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external clients on contract status
  • Fostering strong working relationships with internal business clients
  • Assisting in our legal department’s continued growth as the company expands

Required Skills:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • License to practice law in Colorado or another state
  • 10+ years of experience in complex, strategic commercial negotiations and contracting
  • Experience leading a legal counsel teammate in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to simultaneously manage numerous negotiations and projects
  • Working knowledge of commercial and education contracting considerations and regulatory landscape
