Job Summary

An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Educational Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Craft fault-tolerant UIs and microservices that can deliver beautiful analytical experiences
  • Solve complex data delivery problems to provide performant, real-time ad hoc aggregate analysis
  • Advocate for code development and delivery improvements to ensure well-tested code is shipped early and often

Position Requirements Include:

  • Advanced level proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Core framework
  • Proficient in using GIT for source code repository and Maven / Gradle for build
  • Experience using Jenkins for building CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with utilizing major relational databases, such as MS SQL Server and Postgres
