Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Email Marketing Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Generate & Analyze email performance data to identify ways to improve our email performance KPIs and present findings to our marketing campaign stakeholders
- Develop a best practice email calendar strategy to ensure the highest conversion of our target audiences with our marketing campaign stakeholders
- Build a best practice warehouse for the marketing function & conduct ongoing training for marketing stakeholders on how best to use email as a channel
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Email Marketing best practices
- Strong understanding larger Internet Service Providers, email inbox providers, email filtering companies, and anti-spam solution vendors
- Support Manage support activities: Schedule resources Triage tickets Work to redirect misrouted tickets – focus developers on issues that truly are for us, help analysts properly document Consult with teams on creating/improving support processes (BTFE, etc) Create/maintain support specific documentation Onboard new developers to support process Maintain support VDI's Manage Teams Channel AD group approvals and governance
