Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Employee Communications Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, coach, develop, and strengthen the Employee Communications team
  • Develop strategic communication plans for key internal campaigns
  • Create communications deliverables—presentations, articles, emails, videos, etc

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in employee communications, corporate communications, and/or journalism
  • Ability to deliver clear and compelling content in many forms, and in both peer-to-peer and executive voice
  • Ability to use employee insights and listening to inform your communications approach
  • Ability to stay current on trends and best practices for engaging employees
  • Experience with people management
