A digital content company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Employee Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving the implementation of performance programs
• Managing and owning internal employee focused corporate communications
• Providing ongoing design, launch and management of our employee feedback and listening tools

Required Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled in end to end HR project and program management
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 specializing in learning & development or employee engagement
