Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Employee Experience Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive cultural, engagement, and retention strategies that align with the Company’s long-term strategic objectives
- Lead the effort to design, build, and execute key programs surrounding the employee experience
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on identifying, documenting, and adopting best practices for a hybrid workplace
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience is required
- 8+ years of experience in program management, HR, or any customer-facing role where you’ve developed and executed programs to drive engagement
- Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
- Proactive and optimistic program manager who thrives in high-growth environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with the ability to think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves
