Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Employee Experience Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Articulate research questions and priorities with multiple teams and using a range of research methods to answer those questions
- Synthesize and summarize findings using multiple data sources
- Mentor fellow EX Researchers and others doing research on Talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with mixed-methods research including observations, in-depth interviewing and survey design
- Exceptional research experience shown in a portfolio of real-world projects
- Strong consulting skills, with ability to build high-trust and influential relationships
- Experience scoping and prioritizing research questions, research planning, data gathering, analysis, summarizing, and sharing findings
