Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Employee Relations Analyst in Orange County.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling performance, disciplinary, and termination issues
- Providing day-to-day support on a variety of employeerelations issues
- Completing research from all available resources for due diligence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Sense of urgency and competency to handle emergency One Breath situations
- Knowledge of State and Federal employmentlaw; working knowledge in ADA, FLSA, EEO
- 3 years of experience in employee relations
