Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues
- Providing guidance on the employee relations model
- Handling performance, disciplinary, and termination issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment law; working knowledge in ADA, FLSA, EEO
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations
- Accurate and timely analysis of a variety of data to meet deadlines and commitments
- Problem solving and negotiating skills
