Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Employee Relations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop team strategy to diagnose and report themes on employee grievance, company culture, and attrition
- Define stakeholder engagement models to educate and improve on risk mitigation
- Build relationships with leaders at all levels while maintaining objectivity
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years experience leading a team
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in employment related matters/HR experience
- Familiarity and interest in analytics and developing metrics
- Experience in conducting investigations at all levels of employee tenure and level
- Experience anchoring team processes to HR policies, fair labor laws, and employee relations protocols
