Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Employee Relations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop team strategy to diagnose and report themes on employee grievance, company culture, and attrition
  • Define stakeholder engagement models to educate and improve on risk mitigation
  • Build relationships with leaders at all levels while maintaining objectivity

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years experience leading a team
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in employment related matters/HR experience
  • Familiarity and interest in analytics and developing metrics
  • Experience in conducting investigations at all levels of employee tenure and level
  • Experience anchoring team processes to HR policies, fair labor laws, and employee relations protocols
