Job Summary

A soical media company has an open position for a Remote Senior Employee Relations Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting investigations involving allegations of policy and/or employment legal violations
• Making recommendations as to the appropriate remedial action following an investigation
• Providing expert advice and counsel to managers and HR Business Partners

Required Skills:

• Mastery of employment legal basics and performance management best practices
• Strong business orientation coupled with a genuine desire to promote a fair and positive work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including high EQ, ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
• Detail­-oriented, with regard to investigations and documentation of investigations
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities independently and keep current with workload
• Excellent writing skills
