Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Employee Relations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Independently conducting internal HR investigations
- Advising managers and People Business Partners on disciplinary procedures
- Engaging with internal and external legal counsel, where necessary, to mitigate risk
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years of employee relations or 2-3 years of employment law experience
- 2 years of experience independently conducting employee investigations/grievance hearings
- Experience working on a broad range of employee relations matters
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work autonomously
