Skills and Requirements Include:
- Legal degree
- 10+ years of experience in HR or an employment compliance-focused role
- Experience leading a team of employment legal professionals across different geographies
- Experience drafting employment agreements, policies, and procedures
- Experience advising on time and absence legal requirements globally
- Extensive experience and demonstrated understanding of global employment law
