Job Summary
A government services provider is in need of a Remote Senior Employment Facilitator .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct large group instruction and provide individual counseling on the job search process
- Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals, while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps
- Mentor and assist in the training of Employment Facilitators new to the program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel will be required
- A bachelor’s degree, any discipline from an accredited college or university
- At least 3 years of TAP training experience
- Or an associate’s degree and 5 years of TAP training experience
