A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Energy Regulatory Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Utilize your 3+ years of experience with solar or renewable energy regulatory law
  • Utilize your knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting the solar and renewable energy industries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting the solar and renewable energy industries
  • 3+ years of experience with solar or renewable energy regulatory law
  • Strong litigation, analytical, and negotiating skills
  • Specific experience working on IRPs, RTO/ISO policy, FERC proceedings and/or PURPA preferred
