Remote Senior Energy Resource Planning Consultant
Job Summary
An energy consulting company has an open position for a Remote Senior Energy Resource Planning Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Input data gathering for the models
- Review applicable energy and fuel contracts
- Review and incorporate load forecasts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or finance
- 5+ years of experience in the energy industry
- 3+ years of experience in production cost modeling with PLEXOS and/or PROMOD
- Basic knowledge of PPAs and U.S. power markets
- General knowledge of various power generation types and their capital costs
- Strong proficiency in Excel
