Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the customer/Workday/OSV project team
- Understanding client strategic goals and aligning project direction
- Ensuring the project is delivered within the budget and timeline
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in various Human Resources or Financials disciplines
- 2+ years’ experience project managing HCM, Payroll, or Financial application implementations
- Previous experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or other traditional ERP HCM systems/applications
- Consulting experience with a professional services organization in the Workday ecosystem
- Working knowledge and language of Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll
- Workday Certification
