Job Summary

A customer experience management platform developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs
• Supporting the Services Sales Leader to scope and propose new services business
• Developing close plans, in collaboration with sales teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Attention to detail but flexible with a can-do attitude
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work individually and as member of a team
• 5+ years of previous experience in business development or professional services
