Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Engineering and Operations Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Provide continuous process improvements across multiple operations disciplines
  • Hire, coach and manage 5-15 VP-level executives
  • Effectively run a 1,000 person engineering organization

Qualifications Include:

  • 20+ years of engineering experience leading multiple teams across multiple products and technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (MS or PhD preferred) is absolutely mandatory
  • Experience running a 250+ person engineering and operations organization effectively
  • Spent at least 5 years in C++, Java or .NET architecture and programming
  • Recent experience with DevOps and Cloud architecture
  • Experience with high-end enterprise systems deployed in environments of F500 corporation complexity
