A database software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of developers responsible for products
- Owning your team’s technical strategy and roadmap
- Working with your team to help understand requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Attendance at annual meeting which rotates cities
- Managed teams of engineers with ownership of high scale, cloud based production systems
- Experience managing fully remote technical teams and resolve complex and ambiguous issues
- Track record of delivering projects and collaborating with leaders across the organization
- Prior domain experience working with cloud services and/or database management solutions
- Experienced in one or more of the tech stack and tools in use today within the team
