A digital product design platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage a team of 8+ engineers of varied skills
- Create a culture of innovation and scrappiness on a team where ideas are generated to make the best possible customer experience
- Set effective and measurable goals on both a team and individual level
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience managing a team of 10+ software engineers
- Experience shipping products and solutions in a fast-paced and large scale environment
- A passion for operational excellence and a drive towards creating performant and reliable applications through metrics driven decisions
- Solid understanding of how to effectively manage people and situations
- Experience with full life cycle development
