Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience as a strong technical manager
- Experience leading multiple teams and staff level engineers
- Experience mentoring junior managers (team of 20+)
- Experience leading technical initiatives with impact across multiple teams
- Experience building out processes and recruiting in an organization undergoing hyper growth
- A track record of enabling engineers and engineering managers to grow professionally
