A personal styling service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders
- Inspiring and growing your team through mentorship, empowerment, and by challenging them to do their best work
- Planning and supporting career development for the members of your team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Visit our office every few months to connect with your peers and partners
- Background in working or leading account takeover and fraud detection systems
- 3+ years of leading and managing high-performance engineering teams
- Have experience running teams in an Agile environment
- Have experience managing remote teams
- Have a track record of delivering features and functionality on time with high quality
