A personal styling service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitating technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders
• Inspiring and growing your team through mentorship, empowerment, and by challenging them to do their best work
• Planning and supporting career development for the members of your team

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Visit our office every few months to connect with your peers and partners
• Background in working or leading account takeover and fraud detection systems
• 3+ years of leading and managing high-performance engineering teams
• Have experience running teams in an Agile environment
• Have experience managing remote teams
• Have a track record of delivering features and functionality on time with high quality
