Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver KPIs to measure quality, velocity, and cycle time
- Influence and guide engineers to deliver testable code, automatable UI, and standards-based APIs
- Hold employees accountable for achieving their departmental goals and meeting performance objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated success developing and leading a team
- 7+ years of experience developing and improving Web applications
- A track record of iterative development
- Experience working across organizational boundaries
- Possess solid understanding of API's development, security standards e.g., OAUTH and SAML
