Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement the technology strategic solutions
- Plan, direct, and control resources and initiatives
- Make strategic recommendation from product and technology standpoint
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading project teams and application software development
- 3+ years of management experience
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Strong technical understanding of scalable systems architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodology and continuous improvement
