Job Summary

A software development company that creates engineering tools needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing multiple high performing engineering teams lead by their individual engineering managers
• Working closely with Product and Design leads in a balanced team environment to strategize, prioritize and deliver functionality which enables key end-user workflows and real market impact
• Collaborating with other groups and COEs to manage cross team dependencies and drive priority alignment in order to ensure that the individual teams are always unblocked

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Proven excellent communicator; both verbal and written
• Ability to drive consensus and collaboration with various groups, all with possibly different focuses and priorities
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven ability to deliver highly performant SAAS software with enterprise level complexities
• Experience forming, managing and developing high performing engineering team(s)
• Formal computer science background, bootcamp, or self-taught skills
