A marketing analytics company is in need of a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.

- Helping ensure we keep the talent bar high and grow the skills and capabilities of your team
- Providing hands-on leadership for a web based, front end, development team building and enhancing products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years as a Software Engineer working on challenging problems of scale
- Experience delivering challenging technical solutions at scale
- 3+ years contributing to web applications or managing front end engineers
- 3+ years experience with AWS or similar cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment
- 4+ years experience managing engineers or equivalent technical lead experience
- Experience leading engineering teams and earning the respect of talented software developers
