Job Summary
A music distribution company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the technical direction and output for the distribution team
- Building and leading the full-stack engineering team that is focused on improvements
- Representing the team and its work to other leaders in the company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- CS degree and/or applicable experience as building technical teams and products
- 4+ years of experience running engineering teams of either large scale or complexity
- Technical understanding of how to build software across the full stack, and experience building solutions that scale
- Proven track record in developing engineers and building high-performance teams at scale
- Very strong organizational and prioritization skills
