Remote Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A cannabis industry company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead and manage a small team of engineers
- Develop and maintain engineering processes and standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Must be authorized to work in the US
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of delivering products within scope and on time
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (We use React)
- Experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong bias toward action
