Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Senior Engineering Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Build cloud operations for scale in a reliable and secure manner
  • Drive internal and external customer success
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent/higher) degree in computer-science or related discipline
  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • 7+ years managing an operations team in SaaS companies
  • Experience working in a hands-on manner with leaders, architects, developers,
  • Experience working in a complex mesh of microservices
  • Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD practices in a public cloud environment
