A software development firm is in need of a Remote Senior Engineering Operations Director in Fort Lauderdale.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Strong customer obsession, and must be experienced in process and product improvement to deliver outstanding results all customers
- Must be Data-driven, skilled in defining goals and achieving results, and you excel in an intense, dynamic work environment
- Introducing Engineering and business metrics for a better understanding of Engineering productivity, velocity, and delivery capacity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS with 9+ years of experience
- Experience building and scaling large-scale strategic and cross-functional programs from the ground-up
- Experience developing and deploying organizational strategies and goals
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done
- Experience building and working with across high-functioning teams; and served as coach and mentor to the team
